Not at the moment, clients submit manually. I provide an RMT invoice/receipt

Absolutely not. All clients are charged equally and fairly for RMT services.
"What insurance companies do you accept"
All of them. I am a licensed RMT, I work with all insurance companies.
"Can I use my partners/friends/family's insurance"
Absolutely not.
